❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Why won't my HEIC file convert?
Make sure the file is a valid HEIC or HEIF format and under 100MB. Try refreshing the page and uploading again. If the problem persists, contact us with details about the file.
How long are my files stored?
Your files are automatically deleted immediately after conversion. We do not store or retain any uploaded files on our servers.
Can I convert other image formats?
Currently, we only support HEIC and HEIF to PNG conversion. We're working on adding support for additional formats in the future!
Is there a limit to how many files I can convert?
There's no hard limit on the number of conversions, but we ask that you use the service reasonably. Excessive automated usage may be restricted.
Why do I see ads on the site?
We display ads through Google AdSense to help cover server costs and keep the service free for everyone. We appreciate your understanding!
